Scott Beatty is President and CEO of SoftWriters, the market leader in software for long-term care (LTC) pharmacy. Under his leadership, the company has accelerated growth, expanded its product platform, and strengthened its position as the system of record powering pharmacy operations for providers serving more than two million patients nationwide.

Danielle Greer is Vice President of Product and AI Alpha Lab at SoftWriters, where she leads product strategy and directs an advanced innovation team focused on designing and delivering AI-driven solutions for the long-term care pharmacy industry. She brings more than 20+ years of experience in healthcare technology, combining deep product expertise with strong technical leadership to build and scale complex, high-performance systems tailored to long-term care pharmacy operations.

Jeff Hlozek joined SoftWriters in October 2025 as Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Jeff is responsible for driving all revenue-generating functions and aligning them under a single strategy. As a member of the ELT and leader of Sales and Marketing, Jeff collaborates with all department teams within SoftWriters, as his teams are highly cross-functional to grow revenue and ensure strategic alignment across the company’s product suite.

With more than 25 years in pharmacy leadership, Jackie Maitland has led various operational and financial teams to success across multiple software solutions, including FrameworkLTC. Since joining in 2013, Jackie has made a tremendous impact on the way we deliver service to customers.

LiAna Tschen, PharmD, is Vice President of Platform Operations at SoftWriters, with 17 years of LTC Pharmacy leadership experience. She brings a clinical lens and deep operational roots, having led across clinical informatics, operational excellence, and regional multi-site pharmacy operations. At SoftWriters, she drives transformational change to ensure the platform is built around the people using it, with patient safety always at the center.

Mike Steffek serves as Vice President of Engineering at SoftWriters, where he leads the Engineering and Customer Success organizations. Since joining the company in 2022, he has helped strengthen the connection between product innovation, technical execution, and customer success while fostering a collaborative, accountable culture across teams.

Monica joined SoftWriters in 2019 as Executive Assistant to the President and quickly became a trusted member of the Executive Leadership Team. Promoted in 2023 to Executive Business Partner, she brings decades of experience supporting C-Suite executives — making her an invaluable asset to SoftWriters.

Jason Yablinsky is the Chief Financial Officer of SoftWriters, a leading healthcare technology company serving the long-term care pharmacy industry. Since joining the company in 2019, he has been responsible for financial strategy, planning and analysis, capital allocation, and driving strategic initiatives that improve operational performance and support the company's long-term growth.
