The Opportunity
We're seeking a Vice President, Channel Partnerships to join our growing team and help shape the future of healthcare technology. In this role, you’ll lead the development and optimization of strategic channel partnerships that strengthen our partner ecosystem and deliver exceptional value to customers.
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
What You'll Do
- Define and execute a comprehensive channel partnership strategy aligned with SoftWriters’ growth objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners and alliances to strengthen market presence.
- Develop partner segmentation, tiering, and engagement programs to maximize collaboration and performance.
- Design and implement scalable partner enablement programs, including training, certification, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives to foster trust, collaboration, and long-term success.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution of channel programs.
- Represent SoftWriters at industry events and partner forums to strengthen brand presence and relationships.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in channel management, strategic partnerships, or alliance development within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in developing partner programs, enablement strategies, and performance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare technology or pharmacy software industry.
- Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems, partner models, and emerging trends in technology partnerships.
