The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Client Sales Coordinator to join our growing team and help shape the future of healthcare technology. In this role, you will advocate for the FrameworkLTC® platform as a key technology solution driving pharmacy business innovation. You’ll work as part of an entrepreneurial, fast-growing team focused on helping LTC pharmacies transform operations and improve patient outcomes.
Location: Hybrid – Pittsburgh, PA (Core office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
What You’ll Do
- Secure new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and additional proactive outreach methods.
- Build strong customer relationships, engage with existing customers, and schedule appointments using effective time and task management skills.
- Overcome objections and solve problems using strong communication and consultative sales techniques.
- Manage customer interactions primarily through phone and webinar meetings, with occasional onsite customer visits and tradeshow attendance.
- Demonstrate software solutions, develop initial scope and pricing quotations, and drive successful contract closure.
- Create detailed sales proposals and business cases.
- Close new business to achieve assigned quota.
- Establish and maintain professional customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Contribute to sales strategy by identifying customer needs, monitoring competitive activity, and relaying customer insights.
- Oversee day‑to‑day activities within the CRM system.
- Prepare forecasts, market analyses, and win/loss reports.
- Conduct remote product demonstrations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- BA or BS degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated B2B sales success; strong preference for pharmacy or healthcare industry experience.
- Proven ability to strategically prospect, conduct software demonstrations, and close contracts within a complex sales cycle.
- Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand customer concerns and requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred
- Direct experience with LTC pharmacies or strong knowledge of the pharmacy market.
- Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Self‑starter with strong motivation and a collaborative team mindset.
- Proficient with CRM solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
