SoftWriters is hiring a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA; +25% Travel
SoftWriters, a leader in enterprise healthcare software, is looking for a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to help us scale to the next level. We’re seeking a dynamic, results-oriented leader to drive alignment across all commercial functions. This role is ideal for a revenue leader with deep experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or healthcare technology who understands the dynamics of competing in a constrained end market. To achieve our growth ambitions, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to expand market share, optimize upsells, and maximize customer lifetime value in a high-switching-cost industry. What You’ll Do:
- Lead all revenue-generating teams.
- Drive upselling, retention, and new business acquisition.
- Implement scalable processes and data-driven KPIs to accelerate growth.
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of revenue leadership experience in enterprise software or healthcare.
- A proven track record of driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
